There is no contact form yet — email reaches a person faster than a ticket queue would.

What to include

• An unsupported file: the make, model and year, and where the file came from.
• A wrong value: the ECU model id from the editor's badge, and the parameter name.
• Deleting your data: the email address on the account. We do it by hand today.

Before you write

The FAQ covers what can be uploaded, why some tunes need finishing in another tool, and what happens to your data. The supported vehicles list is generated live from the engine, so it is always current.
